Why Brown Butter Makes All the Difference
We slowly cook grass-fed butter until the milk solids turn a deep hazelnut brown, releasing an incredible nutty, butterscotch aroma. The dough is rested for 24 hours to maximize hydration and chewiness, then loaded with puddles of melted dark chocolate.
